If insurance does not cover your dental care, Oak Park Dental Group is partnered with Care Credit®, the payment option for healthcare services with low monthly payments and no up-front costs or pre-payment penalties. PPO Insurance Plans

Oak Park Dental Group participates in most dental Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) insurance plans including Aetna, Ameritas, Blue Cross Blue Shield, CIGNA, Comp Benefits, Delta Dental, Guardian, Humana, Met Life, Principal, United Concordia and United Healthcare. Please contact the office to determine the specific benefits provided by your plan. We are experts in dealing with insurance companies, and will act on you behalf to obtain the maximum benefits that your policy provides.


Cancellation and Broken Appointment Policy

Our main concern at Oak Park Dental Group is always your dental health, and providing service to all of our valued patients in a timely manner is critical to patient care. When you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment and do not provide adequate notice this results in the trained professionals and dental facilities not being fully utilized which ultimately affects the overall cost of care which can affect you, the patient. We at Oak Park Dental Group understand that unplanned circumstances such as illness, inclement weather and emergencies do happen so if an appointment cannot be kept for any reason we kindly request that all of our patients give us 48 hours notice whenever possible.

Policy and Fees:

No charge for cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment with 48 hours or more notice.
At our discretion a $50 fee may be charged for cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment with less than 48 hours notice and for all no-show’s.
